SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched from Ballina, NSW within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: $12 flat rate
  
• Express shipping: $15 flat rate via Australia Post Express Post

Estimated standard delivery times

• NSW and QLD East Coast: 3 to 6 business days
• VIC, ACT and SA: 4 to 7 business days
• WA, NT and TAS: 5 to 9 business days
  Express is usually faster. All delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.

Tracking and lost parcels
Every order includes tracking. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, email us and we will follow it up with Australia Post on your behalf.

Incorrect address
Please double check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, we can resend it, but a redelivery fee may apply.

Authority to leave
If you allow Australia Post to leave your parcel without a signature, it is considered delivered once left at your address.
