1. Shipping Policy

Where we ship DRIFT ACTIVE ships Australia-wide via Australia Post. We currently do not ship internationally — if you're overseas and keen, email us at hello@driftactive.com.au and we'll see what we can do.

Processing time Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Ballina, NSW. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times (estimates)

  • NSW / QLD East Coast: 2–4 business days
  • VIC / ACT / SA: 3–6 business days
  • WA / NT / TAS: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping: $11 flat rate Australia-wide
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $55

Tracking Every order includes Australia Post tracking. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at [your email] and we'll chase it up with Australia Post on your behalf.

Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it — a re-delivery fee may apply.

2. Refund & Returns Policy

Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or incorrect items If your socks arrive faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice, including return shipping costs. Just email hello@driftactive.com.au within a reasonable time of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Change of mind We want you to love your DRIFT socks. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with sleeves intact

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on socks that have been worn or removed from their packaging.

Change-of-mind return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs) within 5 business days.

Exchanges Need a different size or colour? Email us at [your email] before sending anything back and we'll sort out the easiest option for you.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@driftactive.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address
  3. Post the item back (we recommend using tracked postage)
  4. Refund or replacement processed within 5 business days of receipt

  • Shopify — our ecommerce platform (data may be stored on servers overseas)
  • Australia Post — to deliver your order
